I stopped the car and shot this sunset red on the treetop branches in November. I have been anxious to paint it and feel like maybe some more renditions will come of it beside this one. I see amazing sunsets here when driving the back roads in the Hudson Valley farmlands. I haven't painted a watercolor landscape in about 3 months! It feels good to be back at it.
